Tour Tickets are sold by Wild Mountain Heather and can be purchased by the customer via the online booking system: ‘Booking Bug’ using credit/Laser/Debit card.

To make a booking online or over the phone the customer must disclose the cardholder name, card type, the card number, the card expiry date and the security code on the back of the card (CVV or similar) to Wild Mountain Heather

Tickets are non refundable and non transferable. The customer must ensure all details of the booking are correct before finally purchasing their ticket, as we will accept no responsibility for wrong bookings that are the customer’s fault.

Once a booking has been processed the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address they provided on the booking page.

To gain access to the coach the customer must present their booking reference number or a printed copy of the booking reference to the driver.

The customer who has purchased concession/student/senior/children tickets must provide Wild Mountain Heather with the relevant proof of entitlement when the tickets are being collected or upon entry to the coach.

Students must present valid and in date student cards.

Senior citizens are age 60 and above,

Children under 16 year of age must show proof of age.

Wild Mountain Heather will do everything possible to ensure all tours run to schedule. However due to circumstances out side our control (traffic, roadwork’s, etc) tour times may start/finish earlier or later than scheduled but we ask you to arrive at you pick up point 10 minutes departure.

If Wild Mountain Heather has to cancel a tour or a coach breaks down then the customer may be given a complimentary ticket or in some circumstances a refund of the ticket.

Wild Mountain Heather own all information, data and materials presented on this website, including names, logos, coach schedules, prices, etc., as well as the colour scheme and the layout of the website, are subject to copyright, trade mark rights, database rights and/or other intellectual property rights.

Wild Mountain Heather reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend the terms and conditions.

Wild Mountain Heather also reserves the right to refuse entry to the coach.
